Absolutely thrilled with the experience I had purchasing quarter round from this location for my flooring renovation project. The assistance I received from Francisco and Aaron was top notch and saved me so much time in my day. They were both super knowledgeable, professional, honest, and extremely easy to communicate with, and really blew me away with their exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to take care of all of my needs from the second I walked into the store. Thank you Lowe’s New Carrollton team for a wonderful experience - I couldn’t be more satisfied!

Is this Lowe’s under new management? It seemed way different. I buy a lot from Lowe’s but at times will avoid this one. I’m doing a project house in New Carrollton and have been using this store mostly because of convenience. Tonight I had the pleasure to deal with Sherriel at the return desk. She could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The manager on duty, Apologies I didn’t get his name, could not have been better either. This might be my new favorite Lowe’s.

I just wanted to say that Vanessa L. in the appliance department was amazing. She helped me get multiple appliances and assisted me throughout the weeks with issues I had. She went above and beyond, and her professionalism and care are truly appreciated.

If you know what you what and where it is and only need an employee to watch you use self checkout, then it's fine. Need assistance? Waited 30 minutes at the lumber saw, asked for someone 3 times, and finally gave up and left.

I have been coming here for years. I love the location, and the employees are very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Good job.
