I had a fantastic experience with Emergency Plumbing and Router INC. They were assigned to my home through American Home Shield, and the entire process was smooth from beginning to end. The lady I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind, understanding, and truly tried to help me with my situation. I really appreciated her professionalism and the way she handled everything. Within just a few hours after my call, the first technician arrived and quickly diagnosed the water heater issue in less than half an hour. He immediately coordinated with AHS so the replacement unit could be ordered without delay. On Monday, Matt came out to complete the job. He was right on time, professional, and extremely skilled. I read some negative reviews from other First American Home Warranty customers and I was concerned. I was glad that Luis was very friendly and had a pleasant personality. Unfortunately, we do have a leak behind the wall, but he explained everything to us. I do hope that the company as a whole always treats their customers with honesty and respect so you can have positive reviews across-the-board; that’s the reason for the four star rating. There is always room for improvement. :) Thank you!

Made an appointment on a Wednesday and they could not make it out until Monday. They called and cancelled. That is not good enough. I took the day off to be here. Been without our main shower since then. No consideration for my time no offer to have some come even if they had to pay over time. I specifically asked for them from my home warranty provider. Never again.

Alex from Emergency Plumbing & Rooter serviced our American Home Shield warranty call. Our toilet bowl was loose and he let us know some of the issues he may find before starting work. He was courteous, professional, fast and efficient.
