EML Pool & Spa

BUYERS BEWARE!!! For anyone looking at this company, you should note that any of the GOOD reviews are for their cleaning company and not their pool installations. EML Pool & Spa installs fiberglass pools. That means they are pre made.. and still it takes them 6+ months to finish a very basic project. The lies and broken promises are endless. I can’t even count how many times it took them over 2 weeks to come back to make progress on the pool or how many times I was told something would happen ‘this week’ and it doesn’t and there is no update. Don’t even get me started on the lack of communication!!!! And then when Larry does respond you get answers like ‘Welcome to real life’ and ‘Here’s your update, I don’t know.’ The lack of professionalism is the cherry on top to the worst experience

My pool went green even though I was paying them to clean it and all they could do was blame us instead of fixing it . They charged us for a full month when I only used them one time at the beginning of the month and would not return my refund . They are scam artists that don’t do the job and then take your money . They hardly answered the phone when I would try to call and were very rude when I did get someone. Never use this company unless you want a green pool and your money stolen.

We had a leaky pool pipe. We called EML they came out same day. They were very efficient, great service and very responsible pricing! I would highly recommend them

These people are thieves. Charged me for over a year for a hot tub service that I canceled after they over treated it. The last straw was when they charged me to service my pool and actually never came out. When I went to the office, she told me her father would call me and I never received a phone call. They charged me for the month and didn't refund any money after I fired them. Stay away from them.

On first contact the company seemed to be great... however not the case. I asked for a pool filter repair followed by weekly maintenance. They took two days to respond to that message, and then ignored it. They sent a tech before a repair person, who claimed to clean the pool, but left it filthy. I was upset and contacted the company and they sent out the repair person, who didn't fully repair the problem and left the pool still filthy. I texted them that evening and they didn't respond untill I contacted them to cancel service two days later when I found another company that came and actually did the job. When the new company cleaned the filter it was totally clogged and dirty - obviously showing that both the cleaning tech and repair person from EML never even looked at or attempted
