We were debating having a fence replaced professionally or doing it ourselves. Reynaldo was very responsive and patient with us, providing a lot of information about options and very competitive prices. When we decided to move forward, they came out right away to see the area and construct the fence shortly afterwards. Most importantly we are thrilled with the results!

Emperor responded quickly to my estimate request to replace my wood gate. They provided an estimate along with several payment options. Provided the date the work would be done. Plus, I didn't have to be home. The gate looks great! They were professional and answered all my questions.

We are extremely pleased with the fence and gates we had installed by Emperor Fence. We have a very peculiarly shaped yard with additional considerations like a retaining wall, stairways, and significant landscaping that gave us heartburn on whether we could trust just any company. With these factors alone, I was extremely pleased with how the team installing our fence was able to adjust to difficulties, but they went beyond. To complicate things, we put in a request for a custom fence based off a single picture from Pinterest. The fence we had installed more than met our expectations, and our input was asked for down to minute details that we would not have expected nor cared about (like 40 or 45 degree cuts on post tops), though we very much appreciated that our input was valued. It’s been 3 months since Emperor Fence installed our new fence, and I wanted to wait before writing a review to see how their work holds up over time. I can confidently say their craftsmanship is exceptional. Last week, we had a strong tornado in our area that caused severe damage—roofs ripped off, huge trees uprooted—but our fence didn’t budge. Not a single post out of place. I noticed they used a generous amount of concrete at the base of every post, which made it incredibly strong and stable. Even the gate posts were done with larger, sturdier posts for extra stability.
