Empire came out to my house today to install our brand new quartz countertop. From the first day, we went there all the way through the process nothing but five stars Joe and Gary, the two installers were great. They know their job and they’re very good at it.. I don't even know where to start. From day 1 Empire Granite Marble & Quartz was clearly the best choice for our new Granite counters. They had so many beautiful options it was hard to pick just one. Joanna was so friendly and easy to work with. Their turnaround time was second to none. Every step of the process was easy, informative, and precise. Our team of installers Nate and Karl were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We enjoyed having them in our home and their installation was top notch. JoAnna at Empire Granite Marble Quartz was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was the perfect guide through the whole process. Gently advising to be myself in choosing what spoke to me. This company employs professionals. The installers are knowledgeable and really good at what they do. I was advised on how to care for my countertops. No extreme heat, they will dull my knives, I have to treat them once a year. Just things I would probably not even thought of on my own. I recommend this company a million times over. OMG I cannot say enough amazing things about this company. I have been renovating an Airbnb cottage for the past 10 months and have guests checking in this weekend. I had ordered counters from a big box store under the impression it would be fast. When I called for template the next day, they told me 2 months to install. I was so desperate so I started calling around the Western NY area to find someone that could help. Joanna and her team and Empire literally SAVED the day!!! They had GORGEOUS quartz counters installed in about 2 weeks and my guests are so excited to check-in for Memorial Day weekend!!! Thank you Joanna for making it happen!!! Highly recommend.
