DONOT! Call someone else! He spoke ugly to me and hung up on me when I called to cancel my agreement.

Been waiting for someone to come to my home a week each time they are to come a different excuse, someone pass away,someone quit, was supposed to be here today between 12- 12:30,call at 1 to say someone was sick.you couldn't call me this morning to inform me? There's no reason to call anymore don't need your service, Begging someone to come and do a job that iam paying for.never seen anything like this before

The service provided was excellent, plus the owner took time to communicate with me about our needs. He even followed up with me about the service provided. I found Empire to be very professional and detail oriented.

Horrible service! Over priced! And it took a week to finally get the report! I would not recommend! I really don’t even know if the guy that came out here knew what he was talking about! Take my advice go with another company!
