Jamie Davis was the sales rep. He was very knowledgeable and personable. We love the job the guys did on the floor. They were very professional and worked tirelessly to completion. They even had a great suggestion for the transition to the half bath connected to the new floor. We are very happy with the service as well as the product! Two men came bound my carpet on site did the stairs as well. Perfect job as always. This is my fifth time using empire, I have recommended them to my daughter and my sister and we've all had our carpets done with them.
