I really wish there was a way to give zero stars. I have never felt the need to report or give a negative review to any business but Empire Today truly deserves it.My experience has involved misleading advertising, poor workmanship, lack of transparency in billing, and ongoing unresolved issues despite repeated attempts to address them directly with the company. We were initially attracted by Empire Today’s Black Friday advertisement and assurances from the sales representative regarding the quality and process. However, the project quickly became problematic. The installation required multiple appointments to complete, leaving us in disarray for an extended period. We had LVP installed throughout our entire home. The installation crew did an amazing job and finished everything in one day. We love our new floors and couldn't be happier with the results. Many thanks to Alan and his guys for their outstanding work!

I am making this post to get some one attention. The guys showed up laid down half the work said " we have a issue" we dont have enough carpet and we cant do anything. After I paid for the 711.34 the reminder of the balance they needed before starting the job. I have a 2 year old and a 7 year old that I have to manage while my wife works out of town. This is unacceptable, no one is giving me answers. The "building manager " cant answer any one.. so no im in the dark on whats happening. "Urin" issues what the first response after being told they" where there first thing in the morning" they arrived shortly before 12:05 according to the ring. Showed up on time and did a nice job installing the new carpet. I was a bit disappointed that they did not send enough carpet to complete the project and it took a week to get in. The next installation apt was made without consulting my schedule but it got done and looks great.

Installers were very nice to work with. Pedro was especially careful how he finished off corners etc!! He and his partner did a great job on my laminate floor!! Carpet installers were very good also!!
