Emser Tile

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Emser tile and their staff. Everybody was fantastic and very helpful however, Lori Fisher was outstanding. I was a total novice and had no idea about tiles or anything else, and I was trying to renovate three different bathrooms at the same time. It was a herculean feat and I didnt know where to start. Lori Fisher took me under her wing, and we went room by room and tile by tile itemizing tiles and finishes that would best suit me and my family. She actually even made diagrams and wrote everything out. She followed up with the various contractors and made the whole process easy, fun and successful. I can’t say enough about how great she was, Thank you very much to Lori and all the staff for their absolutely stellar support and help.

I was very impressed with the selection of tiles. Your products are premium. During our two visits to your Palm Desert store, the same gentleman assisted us. His mannerism was very rude and cold. If your facility had not carried the tile product of our choice, we would not have done business with your store.

This review is for Emser ceramic floor tile in general. It's horrible, don't buy it. Put it in a house, all over, 2 years ago. We are 2 senior citizens only in the house. This tile chips, flakes, has pieces missing from it. No way, apparently, to make this NOT happen and apparently no way to use some sort of "pen" (colored) that we might use to make the chips/flakes not noticeable. Would NEVER USE THIS PRODUCT AGAIN! Do not recommend

Family owned tile company with helpful designer/salesman. Great selection. We found a match to a glass tile we needed after having no luck at 4 other stores.
