After we notified the property manager on Sunday afternoon that our A/C wasn't working, we got a reply stating they attempted to contact 5 local HVAC companies but only 1 responded by calling back. Although ENC Heating and Air couldn't make it out Sunday evening, they promised to be at our house at 8 AM the next day. True to their word, the technician, Chris, called us at 7:30 AM to ensure we were expecting him. He arrived on time and started work immediately. Chris was very polite and presented himself very professionally. He even removed his shoes (without being asked) and cleaned up after accessing the attic area. With the problem fixed in a very short time, he thanked me and wished me a good day. As he was leaving, I asked him what company he was with as I wanted to post a revie

Our a/c stopped cooling our house in the late afternoon on a Friday. I called several “24 hour” businesses and only got one response which didn’t have any availability until Wednesday. I finally saw ENC Heating & Air in the list and they were actually open on a Saturday! Chris was at our house in two hours and within 20 minutes or so had the house cooling back down and was on his way. I recommend ENC Heating & Air 100%.

Amazing service and great people! I messaged Chris on Sunday not expecting a response until the next business day but he responded very quickly. He and his wife came the next morning right on time, had the work done quickly, explained exactly what was going on, and made sure we were up and running at a great price. I highly recommend!

Had 3 foster kid coming home from daycare @ 5:30pm and called him at 4:15pm by 5:40pm we had our air back on on a hot day and the technician most likely had a long hot day as well. Friendly, informative, and literally the definition of what a 5 star review truly is. I will never call anywhere else but ENC HVAC. Price was good for an emergency hvac repair that required parts. Chris was really great and straight up with me about everything. He came the day I called and was able to fix our problem the next day after. He was very informative and educated me a lot on our unit and what to expect and such. He also changed our capacitor for free because we just bought our house and our HVAC broke - he could tell I was frustrated I’m sure! He was really great!
