Eric has done a number of jobs for me including pressure washing our business and washing and staining our deck at my house. When he arrived, the water had been turned off before we expected, Eric contacted a neighbor and offered to pay the costs of using his water spigot in order to get the job done before contacting me to backbrief all that happened.
