Holy Tights Batman, these guys are awesome! Wow do we wish we had called these guys last year, yes, last year this is how long we've been dealing with this problem! Last Winter my wife and I were woken up by this loud banging in the wall. I thought it was a leak up in the attic where the HVAC unit is. No, nothing. The unit was under warranty, so we called the builders. After months of supervisors, HVAC companies, you name it, we had so many folks come out to try and figure this out, but no one could figure it out. We just started turning the unit off at night and freezing instead of not getting any sleep. Finally Spring came and we didn't have to run the heat. Then 2025 Winter starts and here we go again! After a few months of not getting sleep, I decided to reach out to another company. T

I called NC Comfort Systems for a quote on a new installation, thinking our HVAC was a goner, and Anthony showed me our completely wrecked air filter and fiddled with another couple of things and voila! We have A/C again after a month thinking we'd have to spend 10k on a new one! He was so professional and kind and thorough. Highly recommend!
