Mitch was helpful and informative. We were encouraged to bring home samples to help with decisions. Bruno and staff did a nice job. He was patient about making sure the flooring looked straight on a less than straight room! We would recommend Endwell to friends.

Very happy with the flooring and service I received from Endwell Rug. Jarod was extremely helpful throughout, providing me with several samples, explaining the differences between the types/tiers of flooring, and offering advice to meet my needs without trying to upsell me. He was also communicative throughout, keeping me informed of arrival dates and working around my schedule to set an installation date. Installation went smoothly and it was clear that the installers took great care with my home. Will definitely be a return customer and recommend them without hesitation.

Jared was great, I had to pick out my carpet remotely as I wasn’t living in my home yet, he sent me pictures of the carpets in stock via text, I picked one out, he measured right away, and the carpet was installed on the day I was there as scheduled. It all went so smooth and I just love the carpet. The installers did an excellent job! I highly recommend Endwell carpets and will do business with them in the future.

Excellent service. I had my home recarpet, and hard surface floor replaced summer of 2022. The company and installers were all very friendly and professional. I would use them again. They responded quickly for a followup repair, at no cost to me. They were reliable and I would use them again.

I've been doing business with this location on and off as needed for 20 years, the whole time they have always said if I ever needed a restreching to just give them a call and it would be complimentary. Well guess what, not the case. grumpy curmudgeon customer service that insists on doing an in home estimate for even a restrech vs simple measurements and photos. Would not even provide an average price point. Their installers are a subcontractor as well, so i might as well go straight to the source and hire my own rather than pay a middle man too. Time to find a new carpet store.
