I highly recommend English Air Inc.! Gavin and Robert were not only right on time, but also incredibly sharp, smart, and professional. It was clear from the start that they really knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions with confidence, and worked efficiently to get our A/C running smoothly again. They were also kind and respectful throughout the entire visit. Thanks to their expertise, our home is finally cool and comfortable. Why does the AC always seem to quit on a Friday afternoon? After a few too many stressful experiences, I finally decided to sign up for a membership that guarantees priority service when I need it most. I chose English Air because they’re local to Orlando and have consistently strong reviews. The membership runs me $20/month and includes several worthwhile perks: priority scheduling, bi-annual tune-ups, and a 10% discount on repairs. Recently, it was time for my routine tune-up, and English Air sent out Robby. He arrived on time, was personable, and clearly knew his stuff. He spent a little over an hour going through the system and found no major issues—just a dirty filter, which he replaced. Robin was so knowledgeable and informative. He handled our questions and educated us about the status of our equipment. This is the fourth time I have had someone from English Air to our home. They are always gentleman and never pushy.

Robin and CJ were great! Very professional, courteous and respectful. They explained everything clearly and didn’t talk down to me (b/c I know nothing about HVAC). They did a great job and stayed late to get the job done. We definitely recommend English Air and welcome Robin and CJ back for our next install.
