English Maids

We use English Maids services every once in awhile and they do a wonderful job. I asked to be put on their schedule yesterday but they were booked for the next week, until after July 4th but was told if there were any cancellations, they would let me know. They contacted me at the end of that day with a cancellation and came very next day! Totally unexpected and it’s usually a few days/ a week before they can come out. Always so pleased with their service! Personally- this is the best way to treat yourself. 100% Recommend this company.

I used Molly Maid previously and had a serious scheduling problem which caused me to have to clean the house myself before a large party. Also they were more expensive. I like the customer response at English Maid and their staff are very professional. Their quality of work was equal to what I had before and their pricing was reasonable.

I've been with English Maids for several years. A friend in Arlington Heights recommended them. I couldn't be happier. The office staff when I call about needing to rearrange a date is pleasant. They try to be very accommodating. They also worked with me to find just the right person for my home. No complaints!

Ivanka came to clean for the first time - a four hour cleaning. My house was sparkling when she left! I couldn't be happier! She was friendly and professional. They advertise as "pet friendly" and it's true! (I've had others who promise to be pet friendly, but won't clean unless my dog is locked up.) This is a great company! Thank you, English Maids!

I've been a customer of English Maids for about 1 1/2 year now and am very satisfied. I really like that I can request my favorite cleaning lady so that I don't have to give explanations and directions every time.
