I was looking to get a generator that would power the entire house, called about 3 weeks ago, said they were very busy, but someone would call, no response, called again yesterday and once again I was told someone would call me back today, no call back. I guess they have all the business they need and don't need to take on new clients. I got 2 other quotes from other businesses the same day. I was told this company was great to deal with but not my experience. I just want someone to return my calls so I may setup an appointment to get a quote on a generator. Follow up, just had my new whole house generator installed, the company I did end up hiring did a fantastic job. They were very professional and friendly.

Tech was on time well as friendly very knowledgeable of equipment and equipped with everything needed did service in a very professional manner and ran test cleaned up behind myself he took time to go over and showed me everything he did replaced what to look for how to get the most out of it and cleaned up behind himself
