Been trying to call to ask if they have an item in stock and was on hold for an hour. No one even answered, they pick up the phone and put it straight on hold. I called again and same thing. I just want to know if they have a part before I make the drive. Very unprofessional. If you’re too busy to answer the phone you should say that and I’ll gladly wait. Not just pick up and immediately put it on hold for an hour. Very unprofessional.

Unprofessional at all the girl in front kept taking on phone call and wasn’t even a customer call and she left me waiting then at the end she told me they don’t have a steam boiler parts it seemed like they dont wanna work!!!

Very bad and unprofessional people - Sent wrong unit -sitting idle since 3 weeks - contractor did not show up and had jumped with advance money - first they promised to to preplace in couple of days - the promised dragged to a week -then two weeks then three weeks -latest is the product which billed can not be delivered in this year . that's the statement from them especially from Perth Amboy

Worst hvac company ever. Anthony and his team are the worst and are not responsible at all. I ordered whole rheem system and should be delivered next day. He forgot to send me back 2 pcs of the order, and when I called him he said it will come afternoon, but he didn’t show up then he said tomorrow. Stop play games and give fake appointments if you can not make it.

At first i was a little unsatisfied with the customer service. No one acknowledged me and once i did receive attention I was directed to the warehouse After much ado i convinced the young lady to look in stock for the part. Ir was there! Thankfully I expressed my disposition to the young lady and she was saying that it was close to closing so it's tough to welcome customers She was sweet and as i said young so we smiled and said goodbye They had the part so hurray for that now i guess i have to be sure not to go to close to closing
