Our experience was “top shelf” from the time we entered their showroom to the installation. Tom had patience overflowing with our indecisiveness in final interior/exterior paint colors, and he gladly offered recommendations. The installers, John and Santos were first of all, on time!, well mannered, professional, and cleaned up to the point that we could not tell they were there except for the new door! We are “well-pleased”!

After vetting several companies that sell doors and install them, we found out about EntryPoint through a neighbor. We called and made an appointment with James Ashby. He was a pro, low-pressure and after seeing a sample of our neighbor's door replacement, were convinced this was the company to go with. We were SO close to going with the companies that spend lots of $$$ on their ads. The price difference was jaw-dropping. Just a few weeks later, with updates weekly from Entry Point's customer service folks, Jonathan and Wade arrived to install 3 doors....one double patio door, and 2 other doors to the outside. Beautiful door. Completely updated the look of our house front. Complete professional service from sales, through design and installation. The doors are not cheap, but they are beautiful and will last forever. Highly recommend
