This has got to be the worst run business I have ever had to do business with . Came out on an Emergency call to a funeral home on July 3... Have left us out of operation and without answers for over 2 weeks , Spoke with women Jennifer (high ranking manager)who promised service /today first thing in the morning 7/21.. Good thing we didn't hold our breath as not only has no tech showed up , but the has been zero communication from said company . In order for me to say anything about the service ... service would have had to been provided , what happened here is closer to theft (came took parts and left).. I can write a better review on how unprofessional this entire thing has been rather then how they fixed a problem which they have only made worse. Absolutely abysmal

Taking over 4 months to repair two minor issues. The techs constantly show up outside of business hours and their office never calls us ahead of time to let us know when they will show up. Poor communication and unprofessional all together.
