Enviroscape Landscaping

Had an irrigation system installed early spring 2022. Physical installation went well. System operation was ok but needed some tweaks. Small stream of water start accumulating in the backyard/driveway area. Company has been out to my home 4 times since installation to address leaking that I was told each instance and assured that it was not from the newly installed irrigation system. After several texts, calls each time (leak) - a system leak or valve failure was found and fixed. Right now my system is offline and see no leaks but I actually do not have any confidence in system integrity and have lesser confidence in this company’s ability to adequately service its installations and more importantly it’s customers. As a customer, I can deal with and work through problems and glitches

I had Enviroscape install a sprinkler system and now I have “a drainage problem.” Hmmm. Funny how they didn’t see any signs of a drainage issue until after the installation and multiple return trips to correct their shoddy work. STAY AWAY! UPDATE (FEB '21) I wonder if this is Frank's idea of an "irrigation system" (see photo). This 15' trench is where the plumbing for the system was installed in my side yard. Frank and crew showed up unannounced on Thanksgiving eve to "repair" this. Since I was expecting guests and didn't want my yard dug up then and there, I asked them to leave. I haven't heard a peep from Enviroscape since. UPDATE (MAY '21) I found the source of my "drainage problem" (see video). These guys are great! Frank is the man!! Every time it rained, my yard used to flood and turn into a swamp...NOT ANYMORE!!! Enviroscape installed french drains in one day and I was able to trade in my speedos for a fire pit! HIGHLY recommend!

Frank did great work and for a fair price. French drain held up well. Appreciate hooking up my neighbors side while he was at it.

Frank came out to check irrigation and found valve was not closing. Scheduled repair the following day and all is well. Fair and efficient,
