Karl took my order. I gave him my info and sent me the wrong water heater. When he was told he sent me the wrong heater, he did not care. He said it was my fault and he would not take it back. After talking t him nicely he said if I wanted to be rude and loud he could be that way too. I was never rude to him or being loud. He did not take responsibility for his mistake and instead blames me. No customer service

I had a similar snarky experience with Karl. I wanted to confirm a fixture that has been discontinued prior to purchasing. I wanted to make sure it was the correct model, was unopened and what the return policy would be should there be an issue with a $1700 unseen online item since it was unclear on Amazon. When I called, Karl decided it was best to pepper me with questions "Why would you return it?" "I told you the box was unopened," "No, I will not take it back if it is broken." I couldn't get off the phone fast enough. Thank you, Karl, for your lack of customer service, you have answered my questions very clearly and you will not be receiving my business.

Karl, the owner was very snarky during my order. I had spoken with him on the phone to get information before I ordered this online. The length was correct but the length was not a standard and did not understand that. That is why I had called, to get advice. He was rude, condescending and unhelpful. I grew up in New York and he was worse than most. He said he would take it back, after a 50% restock fee plus 10% for something else, plus shipping. It is very easy to order something from many places. So yourself a favor, read his companies reviews here and on Amazon and just find a better place to shop!

WILL NOT REPLACE DEFECTIVE MERCHANDIZE Ordered a TOTO replacement fill valve from ePlumbing Products via Amazon OCT 30, 2024. Installed the unit in toilet on December 10, 2024. TOTO fill valve was defective and would not shutoff. I tried to get the defective item replaced and ePlumbing refused. I was two (2) days past the "return window." I did not want to return the item. I wanted to get a replacement for the faulty unit they sold me. ePlumbing will not replace defectice merchandise.

would NEVER BUY from these guys again! we purchased water heater $5,000 we never tried to install it since our plumber made a mistake buying this, so we tried to return but the owner of eplumbing said he doesn't want it back lol these guy are very unprofessional. I rather use a professional company and never have to deal with issues like this.
