The people at EPR are efficient, fast and hospitable with their service during an emergency situation. Elijah came to our house to fix a bathroom backup we had and did a great job. As we did not prepare for this to happen a day before the 4th of July. I will recommend this company to my family and friends, and if I could give 10/5 stars I would. Thank you

Elijah White was fast to respond to my plumbing issue with my kitchen sink drain. It unfortunately had collapsed due to age. I only have TWO complaints about the job performed, the settling of the dirt around the septic tank now shows the pipe exposed and the siding on my house was not attached back correctly. I have left text messages with Elijah and have not had a satisfactory response to these issues. The weather was very cold and snowy, however, that does not explain why Elijah has not contacted me to correct my issues. The weather has warmed up and I still have not heard a word from Elijah. I was very impressed at first, not so much now. Be aware that you may end up with unresolved issues. NOT GOOD.

EPR came out did an inspection of my plumbing issues on same day of my call. That same evening they submitted a reasonable quote. Mr. White returned the following day with all the plumbing items, completed installation of a new sump-pump and back-up pump. He arrived early and on time as scheduled, and did not tie up my day with that 3-5 hour window. They are my new favorite plumber. Recommend them for your plumbing needs also. MAM

Had an emergency as underground pipes had collapsed. Once this was discovered, EPR came out the next business days and fixed the problem in 2 days digging a trench the length of my house n replacing old pipe. They were efficient, quick, and professional. They are on my call list if another issue arises
