Used them in August. Job looked good, but then I realized they had unplugged my entire cookline and left it, causing a very large problem. I called them and had to leave a voicemail...they never bothered to call back. They called last week to schedule a new appointment...I reminded the other manager about what happened, so we called them again to discuss the issue. Again left a voicemail....again no return call. Last call to them was to cancel our appointment. Don't waste your time with this horrible customer service.
