Ercolano Cleaning & Restoration

On very short notice—right before hosting Thanksgiving— we had water damage in our dining room ceiling. Steve and Joe, and their team, quickly addressed the problem and laid out our options. Ercolano was outstanding from start to finish, and communication was excellent throughout the entire process: prompt, clear, and professional. Even though multiple days of work were required, Steve ensured it would be done before the holiday, and the workers checked in with us while onsite to make sure we were happy with the results throughout. The quality of their work is exceptional, and they made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth. I highly recommend working with Ercolano Cleaning and Restoration!

Excellence from start to finish. I didn't know what to expect when our kitchen ceiling, walls, cabinets and floors were flooded. After contacting ECR restoration my concerns were addressed. Steve and his team packaged our personal items as if they were their own, then removed the damaged materials . Lindsay, Rebecca and the rest of the experienced staff worked with the insurance company to put us at ease. And then Flavio and his team worked tirelessly to insure our kitchen was rebuilt in a timely manner. At each step we received friendly greetings and professional results.

Ercolano Cleaning & Restoration is the best of the best and provided outstanding service. During a major storm our basement was flooding.. we called Ercolano and they came out immediately to start pumping water out of the basement. (There was so much water it took 3 days to get everything pumped out) If it was not for Justin Chabot (and team) i would have never been able to get through the clean up process alone. Justin coordinated the clean up teams, insurance (came out and met the adjuster and engineers), and kept me informed every step of the way. Justin was so thorough, he checked every wall and door for moisture levels to ensure they were bone dry before removing the de-humidifiers and fans. I am so grateful to have come across Ercolano Cleaning and in particular Justin. HIGHLY

Update: after leaving this review, I am being bombarded by phone calls and emails asking me to call back to talk about said review. No matter how many messages I send letting them know the problem (them refusing to return my key, lying about its whereabouts; I’ve also provided them with my availability so they can drop the key off) I am being completely ignored and they keep harping on a return phone call they will never get. If a company is THIS incompetent, every piece of communication needs to be in writing. Harassing me while I’m at work. Steven, Kyle, and the clueless ceo Joe should be ashamed of themselves. Absolute worst company you could ever hire. RUN. Did mitigation work for my flooded condo. Not only has it been three months and they refuse to provide me with my spare key back,
