Just like with any other company, Everyone’s heart is not in the same place, but Mr.Ward his a heart of gold. To be honest with you, he works way too hard.For 14 years I’ve watched this man start this company with his bear two hands. I have watched employees come, and go, and I have watched many of them take advantage of him. But it never stopped him, If there was a situation on a job site and it wasn’t complete to his standards or the customers He would go himself and repair and fix what needs the customer would point out. Had a fence installed last summer. When he did the estimate he said it would take 3 days to install. It ended up taking over a month. They would go days without working and leave their car and trailer in my yard. The workers would go into my shed and use my tools. Some items ended up broke and some i never got back. The finished product wasnt any better. Gates drug in the dirt when opening and over sized nails were used so they all penetrated to the inside. I paid half up front but during the middle of the job he asked for more money to pay his workers. Also the only methods of payment were cash or cashapp/venmo. All together not a professional organization. I wouldnt leave this bad review if they would just have returned my calls and fix the issues. We are human and make mistakes but the
