I have tried to "stay local" and use Moline business's. We needed to modify our main level bath to become handicap accessible with a new shower component on an old, non-working faucet and improve kitchen water flow. After an initial visit, we recieved a vague quote. Several emails and calls over weeks, we got a better explanation of the scope-of-work. After a deposit was sent and cashed, we heard nothing for over three weeks. More calls, a date was finally set. Plumbers showed up at scheduled time and most of the work (and some approved extra) was done, but they broke the faucet installing it and kitchen pressure was actually worse. Straight up ridiculous. I get charged for them to come out & tell me to call a number. For a part that I need. Where this could’ve & should've been handled on the phone before they even came out & saved me 125$ I’m not happy I just don’t have 125$ to throw around & nothing gets done. Heck my neighbor could’ve said that be to me. All I’m saying is I shouldn’t have been charged I don’t care what the charge is to come out. If I was the worker I wouldn’t charge especially.when nothing was done or got fixed. Way to go. Easy money for you guys congrats

While I didn’t have them come service me the lady who handles the calls, after telling me they can’t get to me do a week, immediately without hesitation looked up the other local company’s that are very trustworthy worthy. Great local service that obviously cares to make sure even if they aren’t their customer, the customer gets good service.

Literally my heros!!! They were right on time, quick with the repairs, and made efficient use of their time!! No more boiling in my home with radiator valves that are frozen open! Huge thank you!!!!

5 star service! The technician Jacob was excellent, and the work was completed quickly. The guys cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond to ensure it's all satisfactorily completed. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
