Such good dudes to work with, we got a sump pump installed and a partial drainage system because we cant afford to do it all at once and everyone was super nice and got it done really quickly. Very happy. Plan to do more in the future!! Yes its still wet in the photo but all dry now!

The interactions we’ve had w/ Erie Weatherproofing has been mostly good. Despite a few miscommunications b/w Erie’s documentation procedures & our understanding, it has been a very positive experience. Every job has its own complications, but we were able to hash out/resolve the issues & move forward. Our sales associate Alex was very knowledgeable & informative of the weatherproofing process. He was able to address or answer all the questions or concerns we had following his initial visit w/ us. Our scheduling manager Thomas, along w/ Alex’s help, was able to guide us through the scheduling aspect of the project & keep the targeted date of installation we were aiming for, on point. Brad & Alex were very professional and they were very thorough with explaining all the materials, time frame for our project, and warranties. Even showed us what their competitors use and how their products are higher quality compared to their competitors. They even have a financing plan to help you fit within your budget. They listened to us and answered all are questions and concerns. They very easy going and fun to talk with. If you’re looking for a company that educates you and cares. They do the work themselves compared to resourcing it out to a third party contractors. We highly recommend these guys are for you!!!

I was very satisfied with the basement waterproof. There was a cistern wall blocking part of the exterior wall and they completely removed it. It was beyond my expectations what I was expecting. Basement looks great and good warranty. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had Alex come to our home for a home inspection. Alex was very professional and informative on the problems we were experiencing in our basement. Alex explained what the issues were and the steps we could take to have them corrected. After listening to our options we decided to have the waterproofing done and are now on the schedule. We are looking forward to having the work done and are hoping the crew is as positive and knowledgeable as Alex was.
