The roof would have needed to be replaced within 5 years. The sales representatives inspected the entire roof & underlay. Their report held no surprises. I was knowledgeable about its condition. We sat down, discussed all of the options, pricing & conditions of replacing the roof. All of my questions were answered leaving little room for doubt about the project. The installation process was clean, efficient & impressive. The local project manger was present & we further discussed the roofing system & roofing experiences as home owners & with family members having been in the business. My name is Kevin. I live in Rochester, N.H. I called Erie on the 11th of January because the roof on my 1940"s barn in the rear of my 1.1 acre lot was failing. I had been meaning to do it for years but my health wouldnt allow it. The barns original shingles have now failed to protect valuable items in my barn. I tarped it 2 years ago but now that has failed. After my call to Erie,Zack and Caleb showed up the next evening from the Portland Maine area to prepare my estimate. We phoned 3 different companies and Erie Home was lightening fast to respond. Sean & Jared came to our home within 3 days. Within a week we were scheduled & installed. The team cleaned up after themselves well. We're very happy with the communication from Project Lead, Moses, and final walk-through with Ashley. TOP NOTCH service.

I thought the service was great--until I went into the attic and discovered that everything stored there is covered with sawdust, nails, and scraps of wood and roofing. Would have been nice to be warned of this in advance so we could cover things up or move them! As we are advanced in years we will need to hire someone to clean up the mess. Some of the boxes were open so some things might not be salvageable. Definitely not a happy experience.
