I have used this Insight Pest Solutions for over two years. My experience with all the employees has been positive and I have recommended them to family and friends. They automatically schedule their visits and send dates to confirm. I’ve had to reschedule many times at the last minute, over the two years, and there has never been a problem or fee. Today they came for my regular check and they are always very polite and thorough with their inspection. Each time telling me to call anytime with questions or if I need service.

Love this company! We wanted a company that was more communicative and effective than modern pest and I highly recommend insight pest solutions. We had Charlie for the first time today and we was polite, informative, and helpful. But the OG is Aidan C. He set up both our accounts and is great at communicating and dealing with our issues. I just really appreciate that they arrive when they say they’re going to and keep you updated on their arrival time.

Charlie always does a great job for us. He is courteous, efficient, and diligent. We have a house that the mice love to try to penetrate and Charlie does fine work staying one step ahead of them at every turn. I highly recommend him.

Roger, the technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and completed a thorough inspection. And Melissa in the office has been super responsive and helpful answering additional questions. Overall, a great first experience.

I was very uncertain about this company…. Never had a need for pest services in the 40 years we have lived in this house. The tech arrived and was so patient with me as I asked MANY questions. He quickly identified the pest problem and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. I could not have asked for a better encounter. And he put me in touch with management to answer a few billing questions. Highly recommend this company.
