Ledgewater Pools

This is such a great family run business with excellent customer service. They successfully replaced my dilapidated pool liner, provided me cleaning service (4 years), dealt with repairs, and purchased parts. They have a nice inventory of pool accessories in stock, as well as many chemical treatment products to choose from and stock up on. It’s always a pleasure to deal with these guys and they are incredibly patient. I am living proof of this and as I am a demanding customer. Keep up the great work guys!

I understand places are short staffed, but tried to get them to come over when opening pool to help balance everything they told me it would be 2 weeks tops, still hasn't and ordered supply they said it would be there the day after I called or that Friday. Didn't come till Wednesday the following week. Nice people though

My pool was a disaster. While Ledgewater wasn't able to fit me in, Katie said to bring her a water sample to take a look at. I took it in, explained the past two weeks of hair-tearing frustration, and got a) specific instructions on what to put in my pool, and b) a very detailed how-to for backwashing my filter. I paid for some product, but Katie took at least 15 minutes to walk me through step-by-step instructions on how to manage my filter. Her guidance was spot-on, and a few days later, my pool is finally clear! Jess was also extremely helpful and both were happy to spend time answering this newbie pool owner's questions. HIGHLY recommend.

This company is so great! Very friendly, professional, and considerate! Always went the extra mile for us-- especially during our busy rental season. We highly recommend them any chance we get!
