If I could give zero stars, I would. I reserved a spot on 7/31 for an event on 8/24....I pull up to the door, it's closed and the walk door is locked. No place to scan a code - there was a keypad but it didn't work. Called the number on the sign and got an automated thing. I contacted SpotHero and got a refund. The guy on the phone said they have had issues with this facility. Don't reserve parking here for big events....you won't get in.
Best place to park during Summerfest.
