The IPRA request portal has been down for months and nobody seems to care. Esperanza Trujillo, the city's executive administrator, seems to be the only person that works in this office and rather than correcting the issue, her job is to make up excuse after excuse for this illegal neglect. A follow up call was placed to speak with Esperanza about this issue and a person named Brenda answered the phone. She refused to put Esperanza on the phone, started yelling, hung up on the caller, and just let the phone go to voice mail when he tried calling her back. How's that for customer service? Public employees writing their own rules again...
