Esser Air Conditioning and Heating

Luis Carlos Oliva was a fine technician. After he did some preliminary examination, he thoroughly explained to me what the condition of my system was and what needed to be done. In addition to the regular service, he found several things that needed to be fixed or upgraded. When he was doing the work I could tell that he cared about the quality of his product and was very thorough in the details. I enjoyed talking to him and would feel very comfortable recommending him AND his work. In knowledge, people skills, and ability, he seems far beyond his years. I'm happy to give him five stars, the highest mark, and would be pleased to have him continue to do regular maintenance on my equipment.

I had Esser to send a technician to service and check up our AC, heater and also water heater. The technician who came by, Douglas, was very thorough in his work and examined everything very well and made a superb health report about them that l received later on and on the same day! Very happy with his professionalism and also his friendly attitude. Highly recommend.

Marco arrived at my home ready to go. Fixed my evaporated, cooler and explained other things that needed to be known. He was thoroughly professional from first time to the end of the service. I'll be using Esser from now on.

Zach was professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. He identified if there were any issues and showed me things that looked great and things that may cause issues in the near future. Never any pressure, just good information and you could take it or leave. He was on time and kept me informed along the way too.
