I had an excellent experience with Jared from Eubanks Electric. Despite a single-digit morning, he arrived at my elderly mother’s home promptly and had my power fully restored in less than two hours from when I called crying in desperation. Michelle assured me they could handle it and had me laughing by the end of the call. Jared was professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process. His knowledge and calm demeanor made what could have been a stressful situation straightforward and manageable. I had a laundry list of tasks needing the attention of an electrician - 1) minor issues with numerous light switches and electrical outlets, 2) needing more electrical outlets installed including adding a dedicated circuit, 3) misbehaving light fixtures which worked only intermittently, and 4) adding more light switches in different rooms to strategically control ceiling light fixtures in several locations which originally had too many fixtures controlled by a single switch. Eubanks dispatched Dave who addressed each task thoughtfully before starting to make sure he understood my concerns and to get clarification of any details. I highly recommend Eubanks Electric. I had 4 outlets in the kitchen that were not working. Called them and they came and fixed my problem 2 days before Christmas. They are a wonderful company and really care about their customers. Keep up the good work!

Eubanks is really easy to work with and they get back to you quickly! They always explain the potential solutions and give you multiple options at different price points when it makes sense. I couldn’t recommend their company any more!!!
