Wanted to install an EV charger in my garage so I got quotes from 5 different electricians in the area. I chose EV Pros because the contact person Russel had the best communication, response times, and gave the most informative answers when comparing options for where to put my charger. And their prices were most competitive to top it off. Russel also handled the whole process of pulling city permits for a nominal extra fee on top of cost of the permit. Other electricians did permits but required me to provide all the info myself. On the day of installation I had the electrician Kwan come on time and he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly prior to install. I also requested to add on some extra work (removing an old electrical timer from the garage)

Just had Kwan do our level 2 charger installation and he is incredibly meticulous and detail oriented. The installation looks incredible! We were amazed at his breadth of knowledge and willingness to answer any questions we had. Thanks you Kwan and EV Pros! You folks are amazing!

We are purchasing a new Electric car - and needed to get the wall charger installed. i inquired with another company and all of their correspondence was through texting, and sending pictures back and forth, told holes would need to be cut into drywall ( which we had just remodeled the room that was needed, now we'd be doing sheetrock repair. Ugh) - after awhile, the communication going back and forth via texting was frustrating. I called our regular electrician and they recommended EV Pros. One word...Awesome! They came to our home immediately, to see what our home was like, and what would be the best way to run the electrical for our garage wall charger. They were able to do the work within a week. Follow up communication was great. Kwan was our installer and he did an excellent job

I was beyond happy with the service I received from EV pros. They were quick at responding to my inquiry during a very busy holiday time and schedules my install quickly. Kwan and Russell were the techs that came and installed our Tesla wall charger. They were very quick with install and went above and beyond with the install by repairing my damaged wall that they did not have anything to do with and replacing outlet covers that were not part of the install.
