The AC repair team did a fantastic job! First, Nathan came over to check out our air conditioning issue and was very helpful in explaining all the different options for repairs and replacements. We were deciding between getting central air or mini splits for our home and wanted advice on what would work best. Several companies gave us quotes for mini splits, but when Nathan visited, he took the time to explain why central air would be a better fit for our house. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Our furnace stopped working one evening, so I called around 7:30 PM and spoke with Jaime, who was very helpful. Jaime walked me through some troubleshooting steps over the phone, and since the issue was coming and going, we were able to get the heat working again for the night. The team came out the next morning, found the problem quickly, and fixed it right away. The price was very reasonable too. I also had some separate issues with my thermostat and some water leaking from the humidifier, and Jaime was able to help me solve those over the phone as well. It’s great to talk to someone so knowledgeable and friendly. I’m really grateful for the excellent service and will definitely call them for any future furnace repairs. Highly recommended!
