This morning, my dad and I were on the highway. In Garner there was traffic, we were trying to merge over not even cut in front of them we had our signal on and needed to merge, but whoever was driving wouldn’t let us over which was fine wasn’t a big deal but whoever was in the passenger stuck up his middle finger, rolled his window down and stuck his head out the window. For what?Idk we were simply just trying to get over. Every time we passed them or they passed us in traffic the person in the passenger was looking at us, I guess he was trying to be intimidating. But if you have drivers acting like that over someone simply trying to merge over ? I wouldn’t trust them to work in my home.

I am currently moving into a new construction community in Durham NC and the builder has contracted Evan's to put in the plumbing in all the new homes. When I arrived to move in one of their trucks was in the way of my movers accessing my home. When I asked the driver to move he very rudely refused and then ignored me. When I called the office and explained his supervisor called and spoke with him at which point the worker claimed he had agreed to move. The supervisor then very rudely defended this man and implied that I was "crazy" and he gets "crazy calls all day" when I asked him "if the guy had agreed to move why would I be calling you?". Evans plumbing handled our renovation a few years back and we were thrilled to work with them. They helped coordinate selections of fixtures, asked plenty of questions about what we wanted and made suggestions. Over the years they have serviced our home as needed (we have a house built in 64 and it has required a few extra things to be replaced that we didn't want to do during the renovation.)

Can't be a trustworthy or reliable business to work with. They couldn't even call me back regarding one of their trucks letting a huge pipe fitting fly off the back of their truck and smash my headlight on 540. Completely mutilated it...lucky it didn't come through my windshield and kill me. Right thing to do would have been to follow up and take responsibility. Got your damn fitting if you want it back. No integrity at this company.

I would give them a zero star rating but google doesn’t offer that. I have a newer home that was plumbed by this company and have had definitely some major issues. When we moved into our new home the hot and cold water lines were installed backwards on the master bath sink, and one of my upstairs bathrooms had the wrong size toilet so the toilet tank lid was nowhere close to fitting properly and it made the bathroom smell, no big deal they came and fixed those problems. Months later my wife noticed the carpet was wet in the bonus room adjacent to the bathroom they swapped toilets out.
