Jerry and his crew from Every Dry did a great job in cleaning and encapsulating my crawl space. They cleaned up all the debris, smoothed out the dirt, and then encapsulated the space. Great work.

We purchased a home with a preexisting hydrostatic pressure crack in the basement and garage. We spoke to several companies and were absolutely blown away with the level of detail and thoughtfulness Everdry put into fixing our crack. Everdry was the only company that offered a solution on how to keep water from reaching our cinderblock foundation by waterproofing the exterior and interior so it will never happen again. Ever other companies' solution was to waterproof the interior without fixing the root of the problem and would still result in our cinderblock foundation eventually failing. They have great customer service! They had completed the waterproofing , but had issues with sump pump. Placement was not ideal . They came out the next week and fixed it for me! No issues , as sweet as can be! Beth was great to deal with And Jerry and his crew did a beautiful job!!

We had our basement “waterproofed” a year ago and it has been nothing but a nightmare since. The initial sales team is good, knowledgeable, and professional. So is Beth, who works in the office and does most of the communication. We have had to call them out to have work done consistently over the last year and we still have a basement that floods every time it rains. They do minor adjustments here and there but never fix the problem. Someone different comes out every time and tells us something about the work that was done last time being done incorrectly. UPDATE: well looks like we are still dealing with severe leaking in our basement and crawl space going on for four years now! It's even worse than before. I feel like everytime they come out to fix something it just gets worse. Please do not use this company. Just call someone else. I have also been having problem some of the worst service from the techs that come out to do the warranty check recently as well. They seem to love to overlook their technicians so they are rushing to get to their other jobs. They show up spend about 5 mins looking around, give my husband 2 mins worth of cliff notes and then never actually provide any written communication on what's going to be done so we never know when the workers show up what they are actually doing.
