Nightmare Situation - We ordered cabinets on August 15, 2023 and was told delivery would be in six weeks. My wife and I are expecting, so I followed up weekly to ensure that there were no delays so we can have a kitchen when the baby arrives. On September 27 - exactly six weeks after ordering the cabinets - Everest told us there was a "delay" and to expect our cabinets to arrive in December! I contacted UltraCraft (the brand of cabinets we ordered) who explained that they have no record of Everest sending our cabinet order. The managers Alex Rivera and David Batiz openly admit to giving me the wrong information, but are refusing to refund any of our money.
