Everpark Garage

Cheap parking for downtown Everett, but I would avoid it during any major events or festivals downtown. Parking used to be free on weekends, but no longer. During both the Artists Garage Sale and Sorticulture events, it took us a lot longer than anticipated to leave the garage. Normally I would expect it to take a few minutes to leave. Their payment system is very slow and cars back up at the exit. Sorticulture was the worst so far. The line to exit was all the way up to the second level. It probably took at least 30 minutes, if not more to get to the ticket machine to pay at the exit. There is no attendant on duty during the weekends, so there is no one to help if there are any problems. Based on how long each transaction takes, I think it would benefit them to have an attendant on duty

Went for Sorticulture. Paid for parking on way out, it took 45 minutes (cars back up to exit to the very top) to get to ticket booth only to find i had to pay an extra dollar to have the gate open because I was inside too long. Asinine, idiotic, and borderline fraud. And of course, not a soul around to help. Big events like this, Everett needs to be better prepared and probably not charge for parking. Going to events downtown? Avoid this garage.

$1 an hour, clean, spacous, very close to the main street in downtown Everett. Can't ask a parking garage for more

I had a monthly permit here for a couple years - security has improved decently in the past year thanks to the automatic gates & door locks. If you live in DT and need a place to park, I’d recommend getting a roof permit - is more secure & cheaper than the main garage. Staff is great - accommodating & responsive.

Went to see an event at the Angel of the Winds Arena. Price was great, but took 90 minutes to exit the garage afterwards. 90 minutes!!!! Only one gate to exit. When I got up to it, it didn't work properly, had to call on the intercom, and they just opened the gate. Seriously, why not just leave the gate open??? 90 minutes to exit!
