Great customer service by Mr. Wylie! He did an awesome job helping me get my project in order. Make sure you get your order right the 1st time because they charge a 20% restocking fee. I first chose an 18 inch catch basin but after bringing it to location realized my fall was incorrect (hours more of digging) and had to swap out for a 12 inch. $58.00 to restock a 300.00 catch basin and three lengths of sch. 30 pipe. A little excessive with the fee, especially if you're there spending money at their store, but I also understand the reason for the restock fee. It could have been waived and I would have gladly placed the three sections of pipe in the rack and put the catch basin components back in the basin...I didn't have an excessive order that needed to be restocked. Kenny and his crew are the BEST! Patient, courteous, helpful and outstanding product knowledge put them a league apart. If you are a contractor or homeowner and need landscape products or supplies, I cannot recommend Ewing highly enough!

Friendly staff. Lotsa stuff. Great prices. I'll never buy fertilizer at a Lowes/hd again.
