Worked with Carlos for hours to get a quote for my business. He was a great help, we went to make the payment and corporate blocked the purchase. Seemingly I have to contact them but “Rodger” won’t pick up his phone or respond to emails. So they’ve issued me a quote but won’t honor the pricing…. Very bad business practice. Pricing isn’t even that “low” I know the industry and how much other companies pay. Very very poor

Purchased a high quality, very expensive lawn spreader there today. Wheel actuallly fell off before I could load it to my vehicle in their parking lot. Inspected it and noticed both tires were flat and multiple missing parts. They kindly refunded me. Two hours driving wasted on my part today because they assembled carelessly and lost parts. Yet I had even called ahead to be sure they had one in stock. I didn't think to ask if they had properly assembled it and kept all its parts intact. Why would anyone run a business like that? I had spent hours reviewing high quality spreaders on YouTube and was excited this place was within driving distance to get one of the best.

Over $100 for an Electric pole saw handle. No battery or blade included just the handle was over $100. A gentleman working here also told me surfactant was not a sticking agent.

Good place to get all your landscaping supplies at great price.
