I had probably the best customer service experience ever dealing with David. His experience and knowledge about A/C is top notch. I truly expected to replace my entire system but David said that wasn’t necessary at this time. He was more than willing to quote a new system but instead got me up and running with the old system. Since then the system works better than it ever has and it is almost too cold. My only regret is not finding him sooner. Exact Comfort is my choice for A/C from now on and I will happily recommend David to everyone I know who needs A/C work done. THANK YOU!!!!!

David and his company are great people. I have been using them for 6 years now and they always do great work. He has saved me a ton of money by repairing things the correct way instead of trying to sell me a whole new unit like a lot of the bigger companies will. They know their stuff and are a great value. Highly recommend.

This is the worst company for hvac installation and repair!! The owner, David Boswinkle installed a $7,100 unit. Within 3 years the motor went out. A year later another part went out due to faulty installation. The part is still covered by Rheem but David the owner flat out refused to replace the part. When asked why, he said, "I don't want to". He tried for an hour to get me to "go buy the part myself". Only a licensed HVAC tech can buy this part!!! Worthless lazy man. Don't waste your time or money!!!
