When it comes to plumbing issues, I always call Exact Rooter & Plumbing. The recent one is needing to replace a water heater that cause flooding in my garage. Exact Rooter responded immediately. Had removed the old and replaced a new one. Their price is reasonable and their service is exceptional. Came on time and honest enough when other concerns needs to be addressed in this case, molds found at the walls and stand where water heater is placed before they can proceed in replacing the water heater. Stephen recommended a mitigation company that help resolved my mold issues. Exact Rooter came back after the repair and pricing of the replacement is the same as discussed previously and came on time as scheduled . I called Exact Rooter and Plumbing around 4 PM for a mainline water leak, and they were able to arrive within an hour, which I really appreciated. Steven was very professional and prompt, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and what needed to be done. They completed the work quickly, and the pricing was very fair. Overall, they did an excellent job and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy plumbing service.

The customer service and professionalism of the employees was excellent! They were here within 35-45 minutes from the moment I called. We had used them in the past and were very happy with the original service, so it was a no-brainer to give them a call again. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Steven was awesome and his assistant was cool too. Both my brother and my sister have used this company before, and they were also extremely satisfied with the level of service and professionalism provided by the employees. If I ever have any issues in the future I will definitely request them to visit me again and assist us with any issues that may arise.

Great work, they replaced two leaky hose bibs, I would recommend them, they came by the house a few other occasions... one broken sink faucet, and a few compresion valves(4) for my wash machine, fridge and wash machine... Not to mention, Steven, the owners nephew, who does great work, was the one who hooked up my sink and wash machine.... These guys are my go to plumbers. They have never let me down, the work and dedication they put in is obsolete. Being defeatedis is not an option.... What ever it is, they're going to conquer it... Amazing work, at a great price.... Can't say enough... Hands down they're the best plumbers in the IE.. Check out the kitchen set they knocked out for me.... Big or small, tall or small, they're going to handle it.

They replaced a drain plug in my tube that another plumber said he had to remove the tub to fix. Exact Rooter went under the house and replaced it. GOOD WORK. Reasonable price for so much work. I don't remember what I paid.
