I recently contacted First Class Heating and Air Conditioning (FCH&AC) after contacting two "Carrier Factory Authorized" repair facilities in my neighborhood (North Upland) and receiving what seemed to be ridiculously high quotes for my HVAC repair. I had priced the replacement parts online and knew that exactly what the parts would cost. Both "Carrier Factory Authorized" repair facilities had tacked on an extra +/- $ 1000. or so, likely sensing my urgency (desperation) to have the Carrier unit repaired during a brutal cold spell and priced the repair accordingly.
