Our washer leaked on the 2nd floor and we went through insurance to get our house repaired. They recommended Servicemaster Restore in Redlands and this company was very professional and quick to respond. From speaking with Rebecca, to meeting Daniel to inspect our home, while communicating with Jackie throughout the entire process, everyone was great! Their contractor, Hector and his crew did an amazing job, they were very professional and courteous and answered all the questions we had. Great team and I highly recommend them!

Servicemaster was wonderful to work with. They spent an extraordinary amount of time making sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. Jackie is an EXPERT at working with insurance. All of the people that are associated with Servicemaster including the young woman that did the packing, along with Soren and Victor, who did most of the repair work, were very professional yet very personable. While having a flood in the home is a disaster, the ServiceMaster team did their very best to make this a positive experience that turned out better than could have ever been expected. I highly recommend them.
