Excel team provided great service for assessing my sewer line, rodding it and showing me the extent of root invasion into my sewer line. They also mapped out where the sewer line runs. Ivan recommended having the clay pipe hydro jetted to remove the roots and then seal the line with epoxy as no shift in the 4 foot clay pipe connections have shifted more than a quarter inch. One inch requires excavation/installing new sewer line.

I called Excel first thing in the morning after discovering a hot water tank leak. Kelly quickly provided me a quote that was reasonably priced and promptly answered all my questions. After accepting the quote they scheduled same day service and kept me in the loop as to next steps. The installation team, led by Yaryk, arrived shortly afterwards and did an awesome job removing the old water heater & installing the new one. They were clean, efficient, and professional.

Excel Plumbing provided stellar and expedient service right when I needed it. Had a frozen pipe issue during the arctic cold blast on Sunday, January 25, 2026. The Plumber arrived at my house in under an hour and executed quality servicing as my pipes were unthawed in less than 8 minutes! I recommend this company for sure! I hope I never have to endure an issue like that again, but if I do, I will gladly call EXCEL PLUMBING again!

The name says it all….call them if you want a company that provides exceptional service with exceptional people! I was in a pickle, it’s Sunday (10/19) at 245pm and another company just ditched me! I only have 1 bathroom and it was out of service since (10/18) at 730pm! I called this company and within minutes they confirm they can do an emergency service for me and me here today (10/19). Scheduling was easy, and honest and upfront about the time. Luckily I had someone out to me in 1.5 hours! Talk about emergency response time! After setting up my appointment I get a text with my plumbers picture and name (Mike L). Mike arrived promptly, at the time that was agreed upon by the person who scheduled the appointment on the phone. Prices were given to me up front by Mike and in the end

We had a backup in our basement that lead to us having to basically get all new plumbing. Excel was quick to set up appointments, communicative, and we had 4 different gentleman service our home through the process and all were knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!
