Yuri G was our service technician for our refrigerator. He sets a standard of excellence that will be very difficult for any future person to meet. He went way above and beyond and provided courteous and timely service. He came at exactly the time scheduled and communicated with us prior to his arrival. He worked on our appliance for 90 minutes and determined that we needed a new fan. He returned after 9PM to install so our food would not spoil. Great Experience from start to finish. Booking was easy and a service call was available for the same day. The technician, Yuri, arrived promptly at the set time. He was very efficient in diagnosing the issue and he had the parts available. The price was reasonable as well. In just over an hour we were saved from having to buy a whole new washing machine!
