Please avoid working with this business at all costs! I received a bad product from them and then lost $1400 of refund for a portion of the product I returned to them eventhough they first agreed to pay it. They used bullying and deflection practices to intimidate me and never accepted resposibility for the bad product they delivered to me. I am going to report them to BBB. We bought 1000 sq ft of Brazillian Cherry Red engineered hardwood floor. The panels were warped out of the box. Even after letting them sit for 1 week in the room and maintaining temperature, the warping did not go away. The panels warp inward or outward by more than 1/8". See attached pics and videos. We bought 11,700 sf of multiple layers of engineering floor for our house in Atherton. It was funtastic floor and good quality, can't even believe they have the quantity in their storage place, the owner Hui delivered them twice to our house. the color is unique with some amber looking european style and my wife and I love the floor with thicker layers, they also have a lot of choice of solid floors which me and my wife love the color and texture, unfortunately, our ground is concrete marble base and we have to choose engineered flooring as our contractor Mr Kampenski give us advice. If there is zero star, I'd like to choose zero because they deserve no credit from me. I went there for some laminate floor, and my plan was to choose the type and let my decorating worker came the next day for pick up and also pay for them. But they persuaded me to pay $100 deposit first and I did, but they never told me there is a 15% restocking fee for canceling order, they also don't let me sign on that receipt (despite there is Signature required on the bottom). The next day I changed my mind and ask for refund, they refuse, because there is some little words on the bottom of that receipt "A 15% restocking fee will be charged for order being cancelled, exchanged or returned." Rude and unprofessional stuffs. Overpriced products. There is no discount if you pay by credit card. They take cashiers check for pickup on the same day, you have to wait for three days if you pay by personal check. Also be aware they will charge 15% restocking fee. Don’t go.
