Shout out to Exchange Roofing. Julio was quick to come and tarp some damage after the recent storm. He gave a very reasonable 'no surprise' quote for a roof replacement, with no cost up-front (on removing the old tiles there were several panels that needed replacement due to rot which extended the estimated time to complete the job). He also gave free installation of a solar roof vent. He painted all the flashing and exhaust pipes to match the roof and even painted all the window shutters the same color to give a very pleasing, consistent look to the front of the house.

We interviewed 5 roofing companies before choosing Exchange Roofing to replace our roof due to hail damage. Julio reyes was our contact with Exchange roofing . He was very helpful throughout the process, filing the claim and working with the insurance company, overseeing the actual installation of the roof, and checking the job at the end, including the clean-up work. The roofing job was done in a very professional manner with attention to detail from start to finish. We were very pleased with the installation. All company personnel were very polite and promptly provided answers to our questions. There were no surprises to deal with as everything had been explained to us. Great job, Exchange roofing .

Julio and the team from Exchange roofing did an outstanding job roofing our home. the process was efficient (one day for a 5300ft2 home), clean, and we have had no issues. In addition we installed a solar attic fan which has functioned perfectly. They also did several homes in our neighborhood, all satisfied customers which is how we were introduced to them.
